Shortlisted Customer Service Award 2024

After winning the converted customer service award at the Motor Boat & Yachting’s (MBY) last year we are flattered to be shortlisted once again for the award this year, Jason Adams of Gibbs Quay commented on hearing of the nomination it’s great to be recognised for all the hard work the team put in during the year and being able to share that with the industry and wider public. Schaefer V33 Shortlisted for an award

We are delighted to announce that the Schaefer Yachts V33 has been short listed in the Day boats over 30ft category in this years Motor Boat and Yachting’s (MBY) annual awards. These superb very capable yachts which ooze style and performance have been recognised within the industry for their striking appearance all round usability and practical application in their given category. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a great result sometime in January 2024. 

This is the only award that is open to nominations from members of the public. However, the judges base their decision not just on the number of nominations each company gets (as this would always favour bigger companies with more customers) but also on the quality of service provided to these customers.

This year, we had more nominations than ever before, with several previous winners making it through to our shortlist of finalists, proving that good customer service isn’t just a passing phase but permanently ingrained in the culture of the best companies.

This year’s winner also enjoys a long track record of looking after its customers and particularly of helping new buyers take their first tentative steps into boating – a daunting prospect for many. This is what a few of their recent customers had to say about them:
